We are a highly respected, busy family-run garage in Caerleon, Newport, with a solid reputation and a customer portfolio of over 6,000 registered customers, and still growing.
Our customers include families with cars and 4x4s, commercial companies, bikers, vans, minibuses, motorhomes and goods vehicles. We offer everything from MOT tests to specialist automotive procedures and repairs, backed by ongoing investment in state-of-the-art tools and an ongoing training regime.
Don't be put off by the range of vehicles and services. Our staff specialise in their own area, but have the scope to broaden their knowledge if they wish. No two days are the same.

MOT TesterFull time or part time
An important part of our business is our drive-through MOT testing bay. Due to continued expansion and increased workload, we are looking for a qualified MOT Tester to help share the load.
The successful candidate will have
- A valid and current DVSA MOT Tester qualification (essential)
- A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points
- The ability to work unsupervised or as part of a small team
We also welcome applications from candidates with City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2/3 Motor Vehicle Maintenance and Repair qualifications. Attitude is important to us: you'll be expected to show a friendly and professional approach to customer service. If you are a qualified MOT Tester and would prefer part-time hours, we would like to talk with you.

Auto ElectricianPermanent, full time (shorter weeks considered)
We are looking for an experienced and/or fully qualified automotive electrician, familiar with all aspects of modern vehicle electrical systems, with experience of CAN-Bus, LIN-Bus and multiplex systems in general. You will diagnose and fault-find on all vehicle electrical systems, including traditional wiring looms on older vehicles.
You will need a full clean driving licence, be comfortable working as part of a team, and have a commitment to quality workmanship and a passion for great customer service. We offer good rates of pay based on experience and qualification.
Experienced Vehicle TechnicianFull time or part time (hours negotiable)
A highly skilled technician with an intimate knowledge of internal combustion engines. You can take an engine apart, diagnose faults, carry out deep repairs, put it all back together and, most importantly, make it work. You live and breathe engines.
You will work in your own dedicated area at your own pace, supported by knowledgeable management and efficient support staff and parts co-ordinators, in workshops with 12 lifts and ramps and an impressive array of tools and equipment.
We are looking for
- City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2/3 Motor Vehicle Maintenance and Repair qualifications (all qualified, experienced technicians with relevant skills will be considered)
- A full UK driving licence
- The ability to work unsupervised or as part of a small team
- A minimum of 5 years' experience
